Visiting the website
Netlify hosts this website. Connection details such as IP address, browser information, request time and requested address may be processed to deliver and secure the pages. The configured server-function region is in the United States.
Fonts, images and instrument videos load from this website.
Contact and booking enquiries
Your name, email address, message, chosen language and any organisation or date details are used to respond to your enquiry. Sending a form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Netlify Forms stores and spam-checks the submission, then sends a notification to the authorized Google/Gmail inbox. Netlify’s spam filter uses Akismet. Email sent to booking@cerenbozkurt.org is forwarded to that inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. The form submission and email copy are stored separately.
Guestbook
Notes are stored in Netlify Blobs. Pending and rejected notes are not public. After Ceren approves a note, its name or pseudonym, optional city, message and date appear publicly. The public API also includes the language and entry ID.
Publication uses your voluntary permission. Its timestamp and wording version are stored privately. You can withdraw permission or request removal at booking@cerenbozkurt.org; please identify your note. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Visitors and search engines may copy public notes; these copies cannot always be retrieved. Share cards are created on your device and only sent to another service when you choose to share them. Please do not include other people’s private information.
YouTube videos
YouTube loads only after you allow the individual player. Google/YouTube then receives your IP address and device information, may use cookies and may process data outside the EU, including in the United States.
Permission applies to this player and is not saved for future visits. Closing the player stops it loading, but does not erase previously transmitted data or provider cookies. Opening the video in a new tab visits YouTube directly.
Spotify
The Spotify player loads only after you allow it. Spotify then receives your IP address and device information, may use cookies and may process data outside the EU, including in the United States.
Permission applies to this player and is not saved for future visits. Closing it does not undo earlier data transfers. Ordinary Spotify links take you directly to Spotify when clicked.
Storage and security
Form submissions, email copies and guestbook notes are not currently deleted automatically. Removal requests are handled separately for the relevant records and copies.
Short-lived counters with identifiers derived from IP addresses limit spam and repeated login attempts. These technical records are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Daily cleanup removes expired counters, not messages.
Administrator login uses a necessary session cookie lasting 30 days. Ordinary visitors do not receive an administrator session.
Questions and your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Contact: booking@cerenbozkurt.org.
